In September 2010,
As a church we have made a three-year commitment to support Nelson and Jan Annan to lead this exciting opportunity.
The Vietnam Initiative is a church-wide project whose success depends on the church family partnering to make it a reality. The challenge was made to raise $180,000, have 200 people praying, and have people commit to working with the Annans in
The results?
To date, we have donations and pledges totaling $100,000 and a committed prayer team of over 100 people!
Our most recent development as we follow God’s leading in Vietnam is that the Annans are moving to Vietnam’s northern capital Hanoi. Ministry startup has been slow in Ho Chi Minh City and God has recently led us to partner with a thriving evangelical international church in Hanoi that’s been praying about starting a church plant in another area of Hanoi. Nelson and Jan will play a key role in this venture and will be able to do active ministry while we continue to seek God’s will in Ho Chi Minh City.
