Following are the four basic steps to enter into a personal relationship with God:
1. God loves you and has a plan for your life. What prevents us from knowing God personally?
2. We are sinful and separated from God. Therefore we cannot know Him personally
or experience His love. How can we bridge this gulf?
3. Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for our sin. Through Him alone we can know
God personally and experience His love.
It is not enough just to know these three truths…
4. We must individually accept Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord; then we can know
God personally and experience His love.
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and
opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me." Jesus
